Training connected to the reality of each operation
CCM Engenharia, in partnership with Dassault Systèmes, delivered GEOVIA Surpac 2026 training for teams from Massari Fértil and Morro Verde Fertilizantes. The focus was applying the software to the mine-planning processes of the participating operations.
Pedro Gribauskas Murça also contributed to the organization. The practical approach connected Surpac resources with the needs of the people who prepare, review and use planning information every day.
The role of Surpac in mine planning
GEOVIA Surpac provides tools for working with geological data, surfaces, solids, models and mine geometries. In planning, this information helps represent the deposit and transform technical assumptions into alternatives that can be measured and compared.
The software does not decide the best sequence by itself. It provides an environment for organizing data, running workflows and visualizing results. Final quality still depends on a reliable database, well-defined criteria and professionals capable of interpreting what the model shows — and what it cannot yet show.
